Keh-Jian Shou (Distinguished Professor, Ph.D.) is now working with Department of Civil Engineering, National Chung-Hsing University, Taiwan (since 1994). He obtained his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from University of Minnesota, U.S.A. (1993).
His is now the ESC of ISTT, the Chairman of Chinese Taipei Society for Trenchless technology (CTSTT), and the President of Taiwan Geotechnical Society. His experience includes: 1. Research Engineer, CSIR/Miningtek, South Africa (1998/2~1999/1), 6. Geotechnical Engineer, National Expressway Engineering Bureau, Taiwan (1993-1994).
